Pictures from the night can be found here.

The evening started with a short Glamjam set. Ben from Icarus handled the lead vocals beautifully, and Jim did amazing back vocals and crazy eyes on Ballroom Blitz!
Special thanks go to Jim because he became a dad at 8:00 on Saturday morning and STILL made it to the Andy Tribute! 'Anything for Andy' is what he said! Diamond Geezer!

This is how the Glam set went...

After, some minor technical difficulties - Neil quickly legged it to the stage and sang an impromptu version of Whitesnake's 'Ain't No Love in the Heart of the City'!

At this stage it was time for the main event.
Jim was up first, and he started the DNA set by simply saying...

'Ladies and Gentlemen....

....DNA!'
At this point the whole place erupted, and we kicked into 'Local Boy in a Photograph'!

So, we ended up finishing at 1:15 in the morning! I'd never drummed for so long and still have the blisters on my hands - but I wear them with pride!

Thanks to everyone for all of their efforts! I know that Andy would be proud - It definately felt like he was there in spirit on Saturday night!

Special thanks to Anna, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring it all together, Rob for coming back and being the DNA sound guy for one last time (and he really is a sound guy!), Steve, Jim, Ben, Jools, Verina, Ralph, Matt, Neil (Love and bullets, guys) and most of all... YOU! People reading this! All of Andy and DNA's supporters who have really stepped up to the mark! Thanks for making this a sell out gig. It was a very special night with an important purpose....

To Remember Andy by playing the music he loved, and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

A lot of money!

Cheers guys!

Andy's parents have left a beautiful message on the messageboard which you should check out!

Gavin - Andy's drummer and friend - signing off.
